The Crab and the Lobster met one day
Decided to do a friendly race.
Determined who's the best.
Agreed upon the time were they
Agreed upon the place.

The day has come.
The start and finish lines were drawn.
The race would began at dawn.
The Seagull with a clock was there
To act as referee.

And though the rule-book then was read,
Not all was clarified.
The signal shot was heard.
For as the Lobster forward sped
The Crab went to the side.
